Dear families,

Please find attached the Notice of Late Return Form – 2026/27 for students returning to school LATER THAN 12:00pm Wednesday, September 9, 2026, AND ON or BEFORE September 11, 2026 due to extenuating circumstances.

Completed forms are returned to the school office by June 24, 2026, along with a letter explaining the reason for the late return.

Family Responsibility:

• Families must complete and submit the form if their child(ren) will return late.
• They must attach a letter explaining the extenuating circumstances.
• They should be aware that absence at the start of the school year may result in loss of placement if a student is not returning on or before September 11, 2026, and their child may need to attend another school upon return.

If your child/children will return to school on the first day, no action is required.
